Cell Phone Policy/ 2022-2023
While attending school during regular hours or during school activities, and break times, students are expected to follow these basic rules, procedures, and expectations:
- Students are not allowed to bring their cell phones with them to school.
- If any student violated the rule and brought the phone to school, it should not be visible or in use or even turned on during school hours.
- If the student is reported by any of the school personal or teachers as using the phone during the school ours, then the phone will be confiscated by the administration for at least one week.
- If the student is asked by a teacher to hand in his/her phone. He/ she have to do so with no argument.
- If a student is reported as using the phone to capture a photo for a teacher or another student, then the phone and memory will be damaged.
- Parents and guardians are supposed to support the school rules and not to call the school to tolerate their kid’s situation regarding a cell phone issue. In all cases the school won’t respond the parents’ requests regarding the matter.
- Students are allowed to refer to the administration (principal, assistant principal, secretary disk, reception disk) if there is an emergency and they need to call their parents.
